How to make charbroiled oysters at home in the oven 🦪
I’m a Mobile girl living in Mississippi, so seafood is in my DNA—but after this two-day oyster mission, I was not about to waste the good ones.
I scrubbed the shells, discarded the dead oyster, shucked both Gulf and Atlantic oysters for the first time, then covered them in seasoned garlic butter and mozzarella. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, broil for about 2 minutes until bubbly, and finish with fresh lemon. Parmesan would be good here too.
Be honest: are you shucking these yourself or paying the restaurant bill?
