I have an integrative approach to the body. My belief is we are all a person with a body. . Being different and unique, everyone has different issues and experiences such as misuse, overuse, abuse, injury, trauma to the body.

I provide a safe space, pressure perfect, allowing your body to respond by unknotting, unravel, untie and unwind to help resolve issues, release tension and stress, help recovery from pain and promote healing to have a better quality of life.

My experience:
-25 years working with athletes of all levels including the most elite who are on the cutting edge. Some athletic settings include:

-Part of medical staff @ East Shrine Bowl Game 12 years. Coordinator/ massage team. Coordinate EWS massage team, sideline with trainer and medical staff available for stretching and helping with hydration. Taping. Etc.

-Pre NFL Combine training at D1 facility, Winter Park, Florida
D1, also included some soccer players during this time.

-Licensed Massage Therapist for the Tuscker’s Arena Football league (on and off the field)

-Retired athletes - injury & rehabilitation massage

-Pre/post marathon, iron man

-Massage therapist Major League Baseball
During training camp.

-Olympic athletes during training.

-Cirque Du Soleil
pre post recovery massage

-WWE massage for weekly smackdown live recordings.

-WWE event Florida areas during shows.

-Ringling performers during training and staff. (Even worked with one of the elephants).

-LPGA & PGA, pre post athletes while in Orlando area.

-Orlando Sports massage team.

-Backstage work for bands

-25 years of experience working alongside (within my scope) of practice - Physician’s referrals, Dentist and coaches for many years.

-I’ve had my own practice for 22 years, within that time I’ve also managed work in the lots of different and some unique environments such as sporting events, concerts, Gyms, airport spa, casino, Chiropractic offices, Disney Grand Floridian Spa and Health clubs.
