It's been awhile but these times we're in gave me the opportunity to re evaluate a lot of things. One major one is why do I bake? The simple answer is because I love doing it and it's a form of art and expression. I also love making sure that I'm always in the proper creative space to be the best I can be. The purpose is to put as many smiles on as many faces as possible and play my small part with my little dessert passion.
