However, I am glad that this cake was booked before Lockdown 2018 ensued.

Some may or may not know that in addition to being a Baker I am also an RN. I have been working in clinical researcher for over a decade and it's people like Kari that we do what we do. I have never met someone that has faced so many personal obstacles and overcome each one with a smile on her face and a fire in her heart.
