I have 𝘁𝘄𝗼 reasons for this!

1. Fresh-ground flour has SO much more nutritional value! You lose that when it sits on the shelf.

"Patience is the secret to good food" but many of us aren't used to waiting for the traditional process anymore, and the rush of commercialism is compromising our health.🫠🫤

Real sourdough IS a PROCESS, and the benefits are worth the wait. It's the oldest form of leavened bread, used as early as 2000 BC by the ancient Egyptians.

This time consuming, age-old procedure makes it HEALTHY for your gut--not to mention achieving that delicious tangy and roasty sourdough flavor known to REAL sourdough--and I'm happy to make it available to each of you.

There’s more than one reason for returning to this age-old favorite!

The components of this fascinating bread act as a 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰, which means the fiber helps feed the “𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙” 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙖 in your intestines, while the fermentation process also “𝘱𝘳𝘦-𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘴” starches in the flour.
