Exciting News: That Whoopie Girl is Here!

After sharing my whoopie pies with my new colleagues, their reactions reminded me just how much I love baking and why I started in the first place. Their support and encouragement got me thinking—why not go all in again? ❤️

So, I’m officially bringing my business back, but this time, under a new name: That Whoopie Girl 🔥 I’ll be revealing the new branding this week and getting back to baking full-time. Over the next few months, I’ll be working toward renting a commercial kitchen so I can increase volume and ✨start offering shipping✨

Headed to Tennessee for the holiday and just couldn’t help myself! Several batches, an insulated box, lots of ice packs, and the lovely leftover packing paper courtesy of TMO— they’re ready to for take off ❤️😅 ✈️🦃 Let’s start a new tradition this year and swap out the pumpkin pie for some whoopie pies 😌😌

Just wrapped up my first bake day since I closed up shop in Alaska. I only measured things wrong twice and it was a fixable mistake each time 😂 I made a total of 40 classic whoopies. Tomorrow I will do the same for the oatmeal. Tuesday night I’ll be on a flight for several hours where I plan to edit the videos for TikTok. I wanted to film both today and post tomorrow but my life is pretty busy these days between my new job and my sons play dates ❤️

My giant fluff came in as did a few other ingredients! I’ll be starting my filming of the recipes soon 🙌🏻❤️ my goal is to have all my core recipes shared by the end of the first week of December then to build upon those recipes and teach you all how to modify them. I created these recipes myself and went through several different versions. When doing this my goal was to have an easy to follow process and in measurements that are seamlessly able to be doubled tripled quadrupled etc etc with a next to no need for any math 😊😊 I am extremely excited to share these and hope some of you enjoy making them for the upcoming holiday season.
