Please join me for our Sourdough for Beginners Class Saturday 8/1 from 10am-12pm in Stetson Hills!🥖🤍

We will cover all of the sourdough basics from vocabulary, timeline, and of course baking a sourdough loaf together. You will take home the following items, which are included in your registration cost:
- Sourdough starter in a jar
- Proofing basket with cloth
- Bread lame
- Bench scraper
- Traditional sourdough recipe & instructions
- Samples of sourdough

**PLEASE NOTE: You will need to acquire a 6-QT or larger dutch oven to bake your take-home loaf in the day after our class! The dutch oven is NOT included in your registration fee!**
