So we wanted mediterranean for dinner the other night ans hubs wanted this place specifically because they give out baklava with your meal…but it was not good. It was really heavy in phyllo dough and so i was tasked with making Baklava. I’ve made it before but it was rushed and it came out soggy. This time I used ghee butter and it’s amazing! Crispy and delicious!
