If you like chocolate and peanut butter, then you need to try this!

The chocolate cupcake is filled with a peanut butter mousse, topped with a chocolate whipped cream and then sprinkled with peanut butter crumbles.
It is soooooo good! 😋

Happy Thanksgiving! (I know.. a day late) 🦃
I made this yummy pumpkin cheesecake cupcake to share with some of my friends and family. It had a gingersnap cookie crust, pumpkin cheesecake filling in a spice cake cupcake with fresh made whipped cream and a sprinkling of gingersnap cookie crumbs. It was sooo good!

This weekend was a busy one! Two new flavors are a success, Toasted Coconut Vanilla and Key Lime, 😋

The new toasted coconut vanilla is a vanilla based cupcake with a vanilla and coconut milk mousse in the center, topped with fresh made whipped topping and sprinkled with toasted coconut shavings.

The key lime has a graham cracker crust base, key lime juice is baked into the batter, in the center there's a key lime pie filling and it's topped with a key lime flavored frosting and a slice of a key lime!

The next cupcake was specifically requested for some with a gluten sensitivity. This is the gluten-free mixed berry cheesecake. Nephew Theo approved! 👍

The Margarita cupcakes were a special order for a diabetic friend, made with a sugar-free margarita mix and Jose Cuervo tequila topped with a slice of lime. 🍸🌱
