So this afternoon after hundreds of puddings, lamingtons, rum balls, sticky date puddings, rum cakes, truffles.....the list goes on. I have shipped out the last of the Christmas orders. I was overwhelmed by how many orders I have received and wasnt expecting the volume but 2020 is a crazy year. I am happy that during a year full of separations from family for all of us, I was able to keep those traditional foods flowing so you enjoy a little bit of home this Christmas. I am not a large operation. I am pretty much a one man show with all the cooking although I had helpβ€. I want to thank Monica Chipman and Timothy Smith for endless late night trips to the store for supplies and for all the post office runs, for being my kitchen hands my item sourcers and always being there to help. Ian Porteous for all your help encpuragement and advice and good conversation!! Nicole H**e, TIff Struwig, Judy, Cindy, Sandra Tonich, Tammy Little, Hunter, Daryl, and the AZ Pie Guys omg the list is long... for being my cheer leaders and to everyone who has helped me make this little bakery a thing. I learned a lot along the way about this kind of scale, a fast lesson in "not all shipping is equal" and found some great supply lines as well. So now I am taking a break for at least 2 days before the local orders are done! I wish you all a wonderful Christmas. β€β€
