It's been a while since I've posted, so let's start things back up on here. I have so much to catch you up on.

First up, starting with my most recent from this past weekend, this is a 6" double vanilla cake with peanut butter buttercream filling, whipped cream, a chocolate drip, and edible image.

It's corona time 🍻
This cake consisted of a two layer 8 inch vanilla cake with peach filling on bottom, and a triple layer 6 inch vanilla cake with banana filling on top. With "ice cubes" (gelatin) and limes as decorations featuring an edible image, sugar pearls, American buttercream, and a real corona bottle (provided by the customer)

Sadly, a couple hours after delivery the customer reached out to me and notified me that the corona bottle fell and took out some of the cake. Arizona heat acting at its finest. I went and tried to fix what I could and slightly alter the design with inedible toppers and I didn't get a photo of the impromptu redesign. Stuff like that is rare but when it happens every once in a blue moon, it really affects me because then I feel as though somehow it was my fault and I failed my customer. My customer was amazing though and reassured me they still loved their cake and thought it was cute.

Been a little while since I've posted because life was hectic, moving and getting everything situated, but here's a recent cake from this weekend cuz I had to make time for this one. Happy 16th Birthday to my "big" baby brother, you'll always be baby in my eyes lol.

On Friday, a very special little girl , my baby sister, turned 1. We had a small little gathering on that day in which I, of course, was in charge of making her cake and this was her very special day of cake. But not only did she get this cake, she got three cakes in total, along with a whole bunch of other yummy sweet treats, all made by yours truly. 🥰

Cake order from this last weekend. Two tier superhero themed cake, the customer had all the action figures to put on.

(You could see all my dishes in the background so I edited a background on that looks sort of similar to my actual backdrop I use 😅)
