After 23+ years, it’s time for me to hang up my apron. Elite Sweets by Nicole will be closing its doors on October 29, 2023. I will miss all of you who have become my bakery family and am so blessed that you have taken this ride with me. It has been an honor to be a part of all of your family gatherings through my craft for the last 23 years. However, it is now time for me to be available to my own family on the weekends.
For the last year, I have been looking for someone to buy the bakery to continue on with this thriving business, but have had little luck. I am willing to mentor a new prospective owner. I would love to see someone come in and breathe new life into the bakery. She has so much potential yet.
Please, if you know someone who might be interested, send them my way. The sale price is right and the opportunity for the right person is once in a lifetime.

I love baking with the season & utilizing the earth’s bounty! These beauties are packed with flavor and don’t disappoint…..Dandelion bread and citrus shortbread cookies with wild sugared violets 😋

How did April come so fast??? Easter is right around the corner! We have been working hard to make demos of our Easter products. If you like what you see, call or text to place your order (908)283-6248. As always, Matt will be making his fresh bread and dip and P***a (Easter bread). You can call him directly @ (570)856-1975 or add it on to your order for sweets.
We have Easter Bundt cakes this year:
-Lemon blueberry with a lemon cream in the middle and cream cheese icing
-Strawberry with strawberry compote in the middle and whipped buttercream icing
-Carrot cake with a salted caramel walnut filling and cream cheese icing
-Chocolate with a peanut butter mousse middle, peanut butter icing, and chocolate ganache drip.
- Funfetti with Easter sprinkles and jelly beans in the middle and buttercream icing
- Crumbcake with homemade pastry cream in the middle and loaded with crumb topping
$4/each or a six pack for $18.

Easter cupcake flavors:
Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, carrot cake, red velvet, orange, lemon, marble
Individual $3.50/each or $18 for a six pack

Pies: You can always order any pie you’d like, but our featured pies are :
-Lemon meringue
- Key lime
- Coconut custard
- Banana cream pie
$18 per pie

Cannoli tree $45 for small and $60 for large flavors:
Strawberry cream, traditional, orange, salted caramel, chocolate peanut butter

Decorated Easter cookies $3 each

Cookies by the pound: $14/ #
Easter sugar cutouts, Easter ricotta, brownies, pecan squares, coconut macaroons (also can be dipped in chocolate), chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, black and white

Hey folks!!! Can you believe that January is coming to an end & Valentine’s Day is right around the corner??? I’ve been having a lot of people inquiring about the valentines boxes. Yes, we will be having them again this year!!We have been working hard to get together a sample of what we will having in the boxes in order to take some photos. I should have it posted by the end of the weekend, so stay tuned!!
