**Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie**
**Ingredients:**
* 1 1/2 cups (120g) all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon (2g) baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
* 1/2 cup (100g) unsalted butter, softened
* 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
* 2 cups (350g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grease a baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten it into a 12-inch circle.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
