Gustavo Candia Tapia
Considered a valuable member in our team at Creme Brulee Bistro and Cafe, we
want to give recognition and credits to our Executive Chef and manager Gustavo Candia
Tapia, born in the 90s. Someone who has faced many obstacles in his life and a person
who knows the meaning of a difficult life, who knows that with effort comes the rewards.
Gustavo's journey began at the early age of 11, from working at a cotton and jicama
fields, washing cars, becoming a mechanic, an electrician assistant, and becoming the
person who he likes at the age of 31 as the Executive Chef and Manager at Creme Brulee
Bistro & Cafe, and a great friend for all of us.
