I’m excited to share that starting this summer I’ll be stepping into the role of Head Pastry Chef at Bredenbeck’s Bakery following my graduation from pastry school this May.
Baking has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. What started as a love for making things in the kitchen grew into a passion for the craft, the creativity, and the way pastry can bring people together. Choosing to pursue pastry professionally has been an incredible journey, and finishing school while preparing for this next step feels especially meaningful. Some of my favorite memories took place in a chef coat. There is really no place I’d rather be.
Bredenbeck’s has been a beloved part of the Philadelphia baking community for generations, and it’s an honor to join a team that cares so deeply about tradition, quality, and community. I’m excited to learn from the talented people there and contribute to a place with such a rich history.
Grateful for the mentors, chefs, friends, and family who have supported me along the way. I can’t wait to get started this summer and continue growing as a pastry chef.
If you’re in Chestnut Hill, stop by and say hi—and of course, try something sweet. 🍰
With all of that being said, I will still be taking orders through Bezar Creations. It makes me emotional seeing how far I’ve come and I cherish each and every one of you who have supported Bezar Creations all these years. Make sure to place your orders and stay tuned for the future because I only plan to grow more. Love you guys 🥹
