First attempt at French (spongey single-serve butter cakes ๐ง๐ฅโ๏ธ) for a friendโs party! I mixed up the flavors and did half orange cardamom ๐ (my fave ๐คค) and half lemon zest ๐ for the more traditional taste-budder. ๐
100% non-GMO/organic, which especially matters for the citrus zests I added into the mix and atop the white chocolate glaze since thereโd be harmful pesticides on conventionally grown fruits (I still wash the skin w/ extra elbow grease regardless, however).
I also use for that extra Vitamin K2 and more anti-inflammatory fatty acids. ๐ค
Included the process in pics so you could see how these were made.. I absolutely ADORED the original (from France) Madeleine steel pan (NOT non-stick, so you donโt have to worry abt forever chemicals (the ones in ) like leeching out into your treat while cooking ๐.)
Because, thatโs my main goal here: bake people scrumptious desserts WITHOUT all the negative health impacts *cough cough* .and it mustโve been quite yummy, since I left the party with empty containers ๐ฅณ๐ฅฐ ๐ซ๐ท๐ฅ๐ซ๐ท๐ฅ
