We’re out here at the Hesperia Community Farmers Market today from 10-2! It’s a warm, sunny day! We have our fresh sourdough bread, bread knives, sourdough chocolate chip cookies (not pictured), small batch seasonal jams (not pictured), and a variety of sourdough cinnamon rolls - classic, biscoff cookie butter, and caramel pecan sticky buns!

We sell out, so come early!

✨ Come with me to mix 140 pounds of dough! ✨

💥This is a scaled down look at the process, & the video only shows one round - yes, I did this whole thing twice aside from cleaning the mixer. This is a smaller prep day for me! Our market days are almost double this💥

The next step is waiting for my dough to bulk rise! When it’s ready, I will weigh out each loaf, shape it & let them cold proof until it gets baked.
