I baked giant Chocolate Chip cookies with Dubai filling, and they were a huge hit with my grandkids. My grandson said, 'Nana, these cookies are sooooo good. I will be dreaming about them tonight.'

As part of Cookie Dough Day celebrations at Nana's Cookie Express, I will be crafting Chocolate Chip, M&M, Oatmeal Raisin, Macadamia Nut doughs and an innovative specialty dough that, pending its success, will be named and officially announced in due course. This is exciting for me.
