Working on some Sourdough Recipes. Tomorrow's bake is Jalapeno Cheddar, Cheese Basil Pizza, Baguettes, & Regular Bread. Also working on Sweet Rolls, Crackers, & Focaccia. Trying to get things together so I can start selling again. Finalizing some recipes and working on making tags while doing schoolwork. 🥔🍕🥖🍞

Hello friends. Just want to let you all know that I am about to go on vacation. I will be back March 20th. However, I will not have any bread until the following week. After that, I will be selling each week. I am still working on a permanent menu and setting up an ordering site. I will let everyone know once everything is completely set up and ready to go live! A little information about my Starter.
It's an Old World Starter that is around 500 years old that originated in a remote mountain village in Tajikistan. I was given some dehydrated starter months ago and rehydrated it and it has given me many beautiful loaves. I used to not be able to stomach store bought bread as it would hurt my stomach from time to time and my doctor wanted me to give up gluten products. I didn't want to give up bread so decided to do some research and started baking sourdough. I am so happy I did. ☺️🥖
