Yesterday, "Friends of Pflugerville Library" celebrate their 40 years of supporting the Pflugerville Library, I was so honored to be able to create a 3D cake for this special occasion. This organization have done so much for the library and our community, just want to tell them "Thank you for all you do".

Tonight the Friends of the Pflugerville Library celebrated 40 years of supporting the Pflugerville Public Library. We are so grateful for the steadfast support they have given us and the people of Pflugerville. We had a special cake made for them by Pflugerville's own Chef Juan. He did a great job of creating a Library cake!

Dear Pfriends,

Words cannot express how appreciative I feel with all the support from everyone in the past 5 years at our family store front business. So much has happened this year with lack of staff, my physical condition (prior military injuries), and more to lead to our family decision to close the store front location. I'm going to move my business back home where I started and at the same time to perfect my culinary skills beyond cakes and pastries.

Here is the mystery 3D cake. There is a very special meaning behind this cake. Birthday boy lost his dad (a Houston Firefighter) last weekend😢. They were supposed to celebrate together today. "All he want is a Fire Truck for his birthday" Happy Birthday to the little man and our condolences to the family.

Chef Juan and Esmeralda (Sous-Chef) make everything from scratch and with quality ingredients. Do you have a special event coming up, looking for that special cake? We can turn your vision into edible art. All our cakes are unique and personalized to each individual.

We offers cupcakes, macarons, cookies, and daily surprises in our retail display case; they are rotated daily and also depending on what Chef Juan try to surprise us with. Will always post on our page for daily menu update. **Custom cake orders need least 3-4 weeks advance notice, place your order soon to secure your spot. Rush order (within 1 week) might occur extra charge.
