Even with the distance and life taking us to different states, getting to watch you accomplish the dream you’ve had for so long has been so special. I’ve always known this was what you were meant to do. Your students are going to be so lucky to have someone as caring, patient, and genuine as you leading their classroom.

I’m so unbelievably proud of you, Mrs. Ellis. Thank you for being such an important part of my life for all these years. I love you very much and I can’t wait to see everything you accomplish in this next chapter. ❤️📚✏️

Birthday cake, but make it a tiny enchanted garden 🌿🌸✨

This beauty is an ube cake wrapped in matcha cream cheese buttercream, covered in hand-piped buttercream roses. Honestly, I don’t get to make roses nearly enough, and every time I do, I fall back in love with them all over again 🩷

One of my favorite things about piping flowers is making each rose a little different. Some are fuller, some are messier, some curl tighter than others… because real flowers aren’t perfectly identical, and apparently neither is my spectrum spicy brain 😂🌹 My brain physically refuses to make the same rose twice.

And I think that’s what makes buttercream flowers feel alive ✨
