I'm here to help! I'm ready to work with you to create a sweet treat you'll remember for a long time. I pride myself on being flexible, attentive to the customers needs, willing to try new things, and think outside the box. As often as possible my ingredients are local ingredients but always the highest quality. If you need a different kind of dessert, I do those as well. Time to think about peppermint cupcakes with crushed candy canes on top or ordering a yummy cream cheese frosting covered, pecan filled carrot cake for that favorite friend, neighbor, or co-worker. Better yet, order one for yourself. I have two sizes and cupcakes!🍰

Thinking about teaching Cake Class 101. The purpose of the class would be to learn how to make scrumptious cake and to do some basic decorating techniques. It would be completed in two, two hour time blocks and you would leave with a completed cake to dazzle your family! This could be during the week or over a weekend. I am wondering if people are interested? If so, which format (weekday or weekend) would work best? I would probably need at least six students to do the class. It would be held at my house and the cost would be $50. Many of your supplies would be provided. If we hurry we may even be able to make an Easter cake. Let me know your thoughts.

Hard to believe its wedding season once again. Cupcakes are the coolest and give your guests a variety of flavor options. Just pray that the Easter bunny didn't eat ALL the carrots and has left me with enough to make the YUMMIEST carrot cake ever!

Up til 2 a.m. last night working on the perfect wedding cakes/cupcakes for October 3. Have a 14" coconut cake done, 3 regular carrot cakes with floral toppers, and coconut pecan frosting ready for the huge German chocolate cake yet to bake. Waaaaay too much sugar for so early in the morning. Pictures to follow!!!!
