A glimpse into our Mondays✨

We get asked a lot why we’re closed on Mondays… when the truth is, we’re still working! Mondays are what make the rest of our week possible so we can serve you the best we can!🍪

Mondays are for:

PRODUCTION — Mondays are our biggest dough day. This gives us a chance to restock flavors and catch up from the week before. With this machine, we’re able to crank out over 300 dozen dough balls in one day!

BAKING & WRAPPING — With the help of our flow wrapper, we can have just 1-2 people handling this instead of the whole team wrapping cookies all day. They’re now free to work on so many other things!

SHIPPING ORDERS — We ship nationwide ✈️ Orders go out Monday through Wednesday. The goal is to get as many weekend orders sent as possible!

WHOLESALE — By Monday, we know exactly what all our wholesale accounts need for the week. This is our day to get a head start. We sticker and label each individual cookie 🩵

CATERING — We prep for any big events and hand-portion dough balls for minis so they’re ready to bake fresh on the day of the event!

INVENTORY — Once all orders are accounted for, we start making a list of what we need for the following week.

MISCELLANEOUS — Catch up on buttercream and glazes, address any issues that popped up the week prior, get organized, etc.☺️

It’s safe to say our Mondays are JAM-PACKED and we love it! It’s a nice change of pace from the rest of the week, although we love when the stores are open!🩵
