Our farmstand is a fast-paced environment during the height of summer. We're looking for an individual who thrives in this energy—someone who is organized, upbeat, and deeply aligned with local food and community connection. During our season, the farmstand is more than a retail space—it's a hub for the farm and a gathering place for the community. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a hardworking, passionate team and contribute to a meaningful, place-based food system.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily farmstand operations
-Manage inventory and assist with product ordering
-Lead sales and ensure accurate transactions
-Maintain an attractive, well-stocked, and organized retail space
-Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
-Support and guide farmstand staff
-Help troubleshoot issues and keep things running smoothly during busy periods
-Take initiative to identify and complete projects during slower times
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to stand for long periods
-Repeated bending, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
