Last week we had a great time representing Keith Giusto Bakery Supply at the Business Expo, connecting with fellow local businesses and members of our community here in Petaluma.

Always great meeting new faces, catching up with longtime friends, and talking all things baking, flour, food, and small business.

Yesterday’s 2nd Annual KGBS Blood Drive was another great one in the books. ❤️🩸

Really proud of our team for showing up the way they did. From the warehouse to logistics, operations, and day shipping, people from all over the company jumped in to help support the drive.

Huge thank you to Elliot, our logistics and route manager, Chris from our day shipping team, Robbie from the warehouse crew, Linsey, our operations team lead, and the many others across KGBS who rolled up their sleeves and donated.

We spend a lot of time talking about community in this industry, and days like yesterday are a good reminder that it starts with showing up for each other.

This last Saturday, we had the honor of hosting the very first here at Keith Giusto Bakery Supply + the Artisan Baking Center and the energy all day was unreal.

Our building was packed with bakers, pastry chefs, pizza makers, fermentation fanatics, flour enthusiasts, educators, students, and bread lovers all coming together to share knowledge, ideas, techniques, and a love for the craft.

From naturally leavened croissant classes and sourdough conversations to the incredible bake off featuring around 40 beautiful loaves, there was inspiration everywhere you looked. More than anything, it was amazing seeing so many people connect over real bread and the community that surrounds it.

The conversations didn’t stop when the festival ended either… Things wrapped up with an after festival dinner and roundtable discussion with friends old and new over at ..

Huge thank you to everyone who attended, taught, volunteered, judged, baked, and helped make the first West Coast Bread Fest such a memorable event. And thank you to for helping bring so many great people together under one roof.

This Saturday, our retail store will be closed to the public as we host West Coast Bread Fest — a private, sold out, ticketed event.

ONLY If you’re attending:
• You’ll have access to in-person retail shopping
• Enjoy 15% off retail purchases (on purchases up to in $200 total per person)

A few important notes:
• Wholesale orders will not be processed during the event
• Please plan to carry your purchases to your vehicle without assistance, as staffing will be limited
• This is not a KGBS-run event, so our team on-site will be minimal
