In just a few weeks we will be hitting our 3 month anniversary. Some days I feel like I’ve been running this business for years and other days I feel like a complete newbie 😅

I’ve been getting asked a lot if we offer food items. That is the goal eventually but I don’t have a time frame for that. When things line up I promise it will happen!

I feel like our drink menu has gotten more variety but if there is something else you would like us to offer, give us your recommendations below 👇🏼

I’m looking into adding outdoor signage 🤞🏼 hopefully soon!

Pastries! Today we did a wide array and it went well! Soon we will have a proofing cabinet so that we can continue to put out freshly baked laminated pastries throughout the day. Remember our goal is to sell out daily so the earlier you are the better chances at finding the goods!

I’ve learned so much in this business and I can’t wait to keep growing! I appreciate every single person that supports us and we strive to make you happy!

My levain didn’t rise today so the schedule is pushed back a day. But sadly this is subject to change as I am currently having an ulcer attack 😮‍💨🫠 if this passes today then this schedule will stick. If not I may have to cancel bread this week.

Good news is we have plenty of pastries available everyday 🫶🏼✨
