Christmas baking and hosting this past weekend. Still so speechless over your support in my small business these past couple weeks. With getting out a menu so late I wasn’t expecting nearly as many orders as I have gotten. With that being said I MAY be able to squeeze a few more orders in depending on pickup dates. Christmas cookie dump #1. Cookie boxes are something I have done as apart of Christmas gifts for as long as I can remember. We added some new ones and lots of our tried and true. Will post more in depth look once cookie boxes are finished. Tomorrow is a big dough day 💪🏽I am not selling them this year but comment down below or message me if you would be interested in them next year. I plan to try to be more proactive with prep next year to offer more so let me know your thoughts and any additions you would like to see in the new year!

Witches Brew was bewitchingly perfect this year 🧙‍♀️✨ I brought the treats: pumpkin rolls (apple or pumpkin filled), flaky pastries, and my newest obsession — pumpkin coffee cake cookies. The theme? Spot on. The vibes? Spooky and spectacular. Honestly, this is my season, and Bewitching Bakery was born for it 🕸️🎃

Huge thank you to Jodi — event planner extraordinaire and dear friend — for trusting me with not one but TWO major events, even though I’d never baked for her before. The party was stunning, the community was warm, and the exposure for my little bakery meant the world. Feeling grateful, inspired, and ready for more magic 🥰

✨120 desserts. One enchanted event. A whole lot of magic.✨

This was my first large-scale catering order — and the biggest yet! Bewitching Bakery conjured up jack-o’-lantern hand pies with handmade fillings (the apple featured fruit from a local orchard 🍎), pumpkin-shaped filled buns, and cozy apple pastries that brought rustic charm to every table.

I also donated a gift card to support the event’s fundraising efforts, because giving back to the community that lifts me up is part of the magic too 🧁💫

This season, Bewitching Bakery is leaning into orchard magic with swirled rolls, cookies, and even focaccia—all kissed with cozy apple vibes and fall spices. Every apple used is locally sourced, bringing that fresh-from-the-farm flavor straight to your treat box.

And for those clinging to summer’s last savory breath, we’ve got Pesto Focaccia made with fresh basil from the season’s final harvest—bright, herby, and perfect for pairing with soup or snacking straight from the box.

✨ Long time no crumb! ✨

Sorry for the quiet spell, Bewitching friends — the summer came in hot with house upgrades, birthday celebrations galore, and a very non-stop summer whirlwind 🌀🛠️🎉. Life pulled me from the oven, but not from the magic!

Now that the dust’s (almost) settled, I’m back and ready to roll—literally 😉. Expect the return of sourdough crackle, cookie goodness, and some whimsical surprises soon. Thank you for your patience and for sticking around while I caught my breath. Let’s get back to baking enchantment one loaf at a time! 💫🍞
