The pastry that started it all for me: A.E. Specialty banana bread.
What started as a challenge from a good friend, became the first item I made for my friends all the time. My banana bread is made with almond flour (making it gluten free) and naturally sweetened with 100% pure maple syrup. It hasn't been available since early summer, but coming soon to Akron, Ohio it will be available again! Keep your schedules open November 13th! More details coming soon!

The Raspberry Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin has been a hit since week one! The thing people can't stop commenting on is the topping; "What makes it so special?" The topping was created at the inspiration from my Aunt Christy. It is homemade, with a touch of citrus and sweetened just right with monkfruit. Thanks for enjoying them!☺
