Today’s snow day baking experiment: soft pretzels! 🤩🥨 I need to work on my twisting a bit, but this recipe is definitely a keeper! I made one cinnamon sugar one to try too, and oh. my. gosh. 🤤🔥 Just need some cheese sauce, and I’ll never need to buy a mall pretzel again!

I feel like cupcakes should be a staple for any bakery, but I had actually never made homemade cupcakes before this week! 😱😂 I’m really happy with how this order came out though! I’m honestly not a big cupcake fan usually, but I definitely didn’t mind taste testing these! So good! 😋 Homemade chocolate, vanilla, and gluten free vanilla cupcakes with chocolate buttercream and vanilla buttercream frosting. 💜🧁

Wow. It’s definitely been a wild week. 😳 From losing power 🚫💡🔌 to cleaning way too much storm debris 💨🌿🍃 to going back to school during a pandemic 🦠📚✏️, I don’t know about you guys, but I think it’s a good weekend for some fancy desserts to make life a little sweeter! 💕🎉 I will take orders through Monday of next week for these goodies:

Crème Brûlée 🥮🥄- rich vanilla custard with caramelized sugar topping and fresh berries - $3 each

Berries and Cream Pavlova 🍓🥛- vanilla meringue base with sweetened whipped cream filling and fresh berries; basically a big marshmallow for adults! - $4 each

Chocolate Hazelnut Pavlova 🍫🌰- chocolate meringue base with Nutella whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and topped with Ferrero Rocher candy - $4 each

Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪- perfect for thanking your kids’ teachers this year or all the people who helped clean derecho debris from your yard (or eating by yourself to alleviate some stress 😂) - $2 each or 6 for $10

Focaccia 🥖 - available in Italian Parmesan or Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme flavors - $6 per loaf

Thank you so much for all the orders and support the past 4 weeks! This has definitely been a fun new side hustle so far! 😎 Unfortunately, I need to take this week off due to a pretty major home improvement project we had started today that we are hoping to have done before school starts, but I will be back baking again soon! ❤️🍪🍞

Just delivered today’s first mix-and-match pastry boxes with a little bit of everything💜🍏🍫🌰🥐! I used the opportunity to get some better pictures of the specials this week. (I also used the puff pastry scraps to make myself some mini treats, and, not trying to brag, but they were sooo good! 😋)These are perfect for breakfast, snack time, or dessert. You can take them to your office, share them with your family, or keep them all to yourself (I won’t judge 😂). If you haven’t ordered any pastries yet, you still have time!
