Last night was SO much fun! 🍞🥨❤️

I had such a great time teaching “Getting Started with Gluten-Free Baking” at Longwood Gardens yesterday! Thank you to everyone who joined me — it was so much fun talking gluten-free baking, sharing some Haasis favorites, and getting a little flour on our hands together!

And it got me thinking… 🤔

Would anyone be interested in hands-on baking classes right here at Haasis?!

I’m tossing around the idea of offering classes on Wednesday evenings at the bakery, and I’m thinking we might kick things off with…

It’s officially our LAST WEEK of summer flavors at Haasis!

After Labor Day, we’ll be making room for all those cozy fall favorites, but before we say goodbye to summer, you have one more chance to grab some of our bright, fruity favorites in the bakery — including Lemon Cookies and Lemon Pound Cake!

For a small bakery right here in Perkasie to be recognized on a national level is something we’re incredibly proud of—but we certainly didn’t get here by ourselves.
