Sometimes you just need something classic….. this is a different method of making cheesecake but so worth it. No crust just surrounded by parchment paper. Somebody had asked me if I could do this type and I figured why not. I did make a pistachio one a good bit ago…. Will be at the shop tomorrow

Had a request for a different flavor cupcake so figured I would make it for the shop…. Caramel Espresso…. Chocolate cake with caramel filling topped with espresso buttercream. I thought it was a great combination and we sampled it as well…. YUM!!!

Good evening …. Here are some of the cakes from this past weekend. The purple one was from a wedding, fall pumpkin was a birthday that we have done for several years and baby boy shower that we did the gender reveal. Love the fact that we do important festivities year after year for some wonderful families❤️❤️❤️
