Pizzelles (pronounced pit-ZELL-ays) are believed to be the world's oldest known cookie, originating in the Abruzzo region of Italy more than 700 years ago. Traditionally made for weddings, holidays, and family celebrations, they're famous for their delicate waffle-like pattern, crisp texture, and irresistible flavor.
We honor those traditions while adding our own fresh twist, baking every batch with quality ingredients and plenty of love.
