Cookies by Chloe specializes in homemade, custom cut-out sugar cookies in a variety of flavors with two kinds of icing. Cookies range in size from 2"-4" depending on the size/shape of cutter Chloe has. If Cookies by Chloe does not have the specific size/shape

that you are hoping for, a cutter can be ordered if the customer pays 50% of the total cutter and shipping cost OR you can allow Chloe to use her creativity to meet your design needs with her current cookie cutter selection. Cookies by Chloe requires at least 2 weeks notice for an order unless otherwise stated. If you need your order sooner, please send a Facebook message prior to filling out the order form to check availability. Your order may be declined OR you may be asked to pay a rush fee of 20% if your event is within 5 days of ordering. Ideally, your order will be completed the day BEFORE you need them or even earlier. My cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks on the counter in an airtight container so know that getting them prior to your event will only make your big day less stressful! It is expected that you pick up your order in a timely fashion or be home during the time frame in which you requested a delivery. Please keep this in mind before continuing with your order. Please note that cookies contain dairy, eggs, and gluten and are produced in a setting that comes in contact with nuts. After you fill out this order form, I will contact you 3-5 days before your order is due to verify details and arrange pickup/delivery. Thank you! Notes:

--Cookies by Chloe operates under the Iowa Cottage Food Law. Cookies are made in my home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Because of this, shipping cookies is not allowed. NEED TO KNOW WHEN ORDERING:
