Exciting things are coming with this project over the coming months. We are here to make a stamp on the Peoria market with fresh, hand rolled bagels. It started with a simple conversation and here we are!

For those who don’t know, we have partnered with Brightside Kitchen (home of the notorious BrightBelly Ramen & BrightBird Chicken Sandwich Shop) and we will be slinging our bagels and spreads once a week (for now) as we continue to grow! Hey friends — we’ve been a little quiet lately, but for good reason! The past few weeks have been packed with pizza pop-ups from our sister company The Wolves Den Pizzeria and exciting collabs, but now it’s time to get back to the bagels here soon. 🥯🔥
