Doing some R+D this week. We have had requests for sourdough for years! We are trying out this recipe, and if it’s good, in a week or two we should have a couple of loaves to sell! We are aiming for a soft sourdough loaf, not a crusty boule. This is one of the fun parts of our business- testing out new recipes!
