Still pinching myself over this one… 🥹

Bloom Bread & Bakeshop took home not one, but TWO awards at the GCU Entrepreneur Program / City of Peoria Demo Day — the True Visionary Award AND the People’s Choice Award. 🏆✨

Honestly, this started as just me baking my mom’s zucchini bread in my kitchen trying to solve my family’s gluten-free problem. To now be recognized by both the judges and the community? My heart is so full!!

A huge thank you to GCU (, ), the City of Peoria (), Dr. Robert Vera, Alex Hernandez, Andrew Bussman, and Karen Calivas for creating such an incredible program that has helped me focus, grow, and dream even bigger for this business. 🌟

And thank you to all of you for supporting this crazy dream, cheering me on, and believing that safe, nostalgic baked goods really can change the way we gather as a community! I couldn’t do this without you 💛
