SECRET TIME!! One of the things I use that makes my baked goods special is my VANILLA EXTRACT. It’s an extract I can only get from Mexico so anytime I travel there I have to stock up or it gets really pricey via eBay 🤦‍♀️. Have any of you ever used or heard of this vanilla?

I had the pleasure of creating this cake and these treats for Maddi Jones. Happy Sweet 16th birthday! Thank you Judy for choosing me as your baker to make maddi’s day extra special and sweet.
(Macarons flavors: cookies n cream, orange creamsicle, white chocolate ganache, milk chocolate ganache, and lemon)
(Cupcakes were vanilla with 1/2 coconut filling and 1/2 pineapple filling, chocolate, and funfett.)
(Cake top tier was chocolate, bottom tier was vanilla with strawberry compote and a vanilla meringue buttercream)

HOW DID I DO GUYS?!

This one was a labor of love!! It definitely challenged me but I am so happy with how it turned out. The moon is a chocolate cake followed with chocolate ganache, chocolate meringue buttercream, and chocolate crumbs. The sun is a raspberry cake with a white chocolate ganache and raspberry meringue buttercream.
