I know my Peoria family has been wondering where we’ve been, but don’t you worry! I haven’t forgotten about the community that has shown Onice Sicilian American Bakery so much love!

It’s time to circle back around, share the love, and bring a little more Sicilian goodness your way!

FIRST STOP: WASHINGTON, ILLINOIS!

📅 October 19th — We’re bringing the Cannoli Slanger to Washington for a special event featuring our authentic Lasagna Bolognese dinners and, of course, our famous cannoli! (Open to the public)

THEN… PEORIA, WE’RE COMING BACK FOR YOU!

We’ll be celebrating with a special Trick-or-Treat event at Hy-Vee in Sheridan Village!

And believe me, that’s not all we’ve been cooking up behind the scenes!

**WEST PEORIA… GET READY!

We’re preparing to launch ONLINE ORDERING, along with convenient pickup/delivery options to make getting your favorite Sicilian treats and meals easier than ever!

But wait… there’s MORE.

🤫 Possibly… just POSSIBLY… something a little more PERMANENT is in the works.

Now, I’m not spilling all the cannoli filling just yet! 😂

But I WILL say this…

THE FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER, WE HAVE A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT COMING! ❤️

We’ve been working hard, making plans, and building something special. And I can’t wait to share the next chapter of Onice Sicilian American Bakery with all of you.

PONTIAC FAMILY & FRIENDS… I’M COMING FOR YOU! ❤️

This Christmas, Onice Sicilian American Bakery is headed to the Downtown Pontiac Christmas Market!

Now… will I be bringing the Cannoli Slanger? 👀 We’ll see…

But one thing is certain — WE WILL BE SLINGING CANNOLI! 🇮🇹

And there just might be some authentic Lasagna Bolognese dinners making their way to Pontiac, too. 🍝

I’ve got some planning to do, some details to work out, and maybe a few surprises up my sleeve.

Coming to Pontiac is also my way of paying homage to my Grandma Dorie and the Sicilian heritage she passed down to our family. So much of what I do through Onice is about keeping that heritage, those traditions, and her memory alive through food.

Pontiac… get ready. The cannoli are coming — and Grandma Dorie is coming with me in spirit. 🇮🇹

Mark your calendars for October 19th because we’re partnering with Pet Pack Rescue Initiative for a very special day! Pet Pack will be joining us with some adorable adoptable animals looking for their forever homes. ❤️🐾

I’m coming home from vacation late next week… but I’m definitely not coming home empty-handed. 🇮🇹

My time in Sicily has inspired me in ways I can’t wait to share with you. I experienced the food, flavors and traditions firsthand, spent precious time with my family, and connected even more deeply with my family’s Sicilian culture, heritage and roots.

Now I’m bringing that inspiration home to Onice Sicilian American Bakery.

Over the next few weeks, get ready for BIG announcements, new plans, new products and new releases—including authentic Sicilian creations and my recreations of traditional foods and flavors I experienced throughout Sicily.

This is about more than new products. It’s about honoring where my family came from and bringing a piece of Sicily home through Onice.

I’m not revealing everything just yet… 👀

But I will tell you this:

Onice is about to enter a whole new chapter.

I went to Sicily looking for inspiration, a deeper connection to my family’s culture, and a better understanding of the traditions behind the food I love to make.

I’m coming home with all three.
