So I did something out of my realm for Valentine’s Day, I had a friend ask me to make her some chocolate covered strawberries with heath bar pieces on top. I’ve been experimenting with new icings trying to find ones that hold well and didnt bleed or roll off 🥴
I didn’t post these because I wasn’t confident in the way they turned out because of the red icing wasn’t spreading the way it was supposed to, but honestly, they were so good!!
I’m making this post for two reasons one to say I’m done over criticizing myself on every little thing when it comes to this business, everyone starts somewhere!! nobody’s perfect the first try, what makes it perfect is when you keep trying!

Secondly, chocolate covered strawberries is now on the menu 🍫🍓❣️
