To our wonderful Szotski’s community,

This is one of the hardest messages I’ve ever had to write. After these several years of baking for this incredible community, Szotski’s Mini Cheesecakes will be closing soon. Our anticipated last day of business is the end of June, though depending on inventory and operations, our final day may come a little sooner.

This decision comes with a full heart. I will be moving to the Florida Keys to be with my husband, where we live, and it’s time for me to make that transition home. While I’m excited for this next chapter, saying goodbye to all of you is deeply emotional.

You’ve supported this little shop through every season, celebration, and surprise. You’ve shared your families, your stories and your milestones with us, and that has meant more than I can ever express.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for every visit, every kind word, and every bit of love you’ve shown Szotski’s. It has truly been such an honor to bake for you.

We will continue to share updates and our menu options as we get closer to closing day. I hope to see your smiling faces in the shop over the next several weeks so we can cherish this final stretch together.
