Creating custom cakes to suite your individual tastes and unique preferences, I specialize in fondant work and completely edible, handmade decorations.

In spring 2012, after the birth of my second son, my love of baking led me to a new interest in cake decorating, and I finally signed up for a couple classes at my local craft store. I was hooked. Since then, I've been utilizing the internet and hands-on experience to learn new techniques and hone my skills. Fondant especially interests me, as it offers so much versatility and can be used to creat

e stunning results--and yes, it can taste good! I hope to one day do this full-time, but until I can, I also work a regular day job. Because of this (and having 2 kids), I am somewhat limited in the number of bookings I can take per week. Update: Thank you all for the recent cake requests! It's been a bit overwhelming and an honor to have so many of you interested in ordering a cake from me. I really appreciate it! Because of the number of inquiries, I realized it is best to give an update on my status at this time... At this time, I have made the decision to stop taking orders for the foreseeable future. My spare time just seems less and less these days, and I feel the need to preserve it for my family. I may continue to do some occasional cakes for close friends and family, or just to enjoy it as a hobby for myself, but for the most part, will continue to focus on my day job and family life. I will keep my page active, in the event that things change and I come to a place in which I am able to resume this as a business, which I really have enjoyed; or to share any cakes I do for fun or family. Thank you all so much again!

Just an update: As many of you know, I work a regular day job and do cake orders on the side, in my "free time." More recently, there have been a lot of changes in my work and family life, which have resulted in very little time for cakes :( That, combined with the hectic holiday season ahead, has led to my decision to suspend cake orders through the end of the year. If you've messaged me or inquired about placing a new order, I apologize that I won't be able to help at this time. I plan to reassess my availability at the beginning of the next year and hope to find a balance that will enable me to start taking orders again. If I have already received a deposit from you, don't worry, your cake order will still be completed :) I really appreciate all your support and understanding during this time! Thank you!!
