To say burying fish underneath plants works , is an understatement!

400g red lentils
2 tosp baking powder
5g salt
60ml olive oil
Soak lentils overnight. Drain & rinse well. Add to a blender with the other ingredients and blend well. Add to a WELL GREASED loaf pan and bake @ 360F for about an hour.
