Hello, my Lobster loving friends. I will be at Gary's Brewing on Gulf Beach Hwy (208 Newman Ave, Pensacola, FL 32507) tonight, Saturday night starting at 5pm. Good morning my Healthy Muffin Lovers. Working at my part time job on the NAS base at GNC today. Good morning my friends and muffin top lovers. This mornings Cottage Concoctions are my delicious Muffin Tops. Today we have lemon apple, rum chocolate chip and apple raisen. Made without oil, instead sour cream and butter they turn out supper moist and fluffy. Available in multiple flavors and starting by the half dozen at $2.25 each. Starting this week folks, I am changing the business to "Tony's Comfort Cottage Concoctions" I am making and baking Breads-Bagels-Muffins-Pretzels and Applesauce. Everything will be available through shipping or delivered to your door by me (in the Pensacola area only for delivery). I hope to grow this new venture as me and daughters grew Joe Loves Lobster Rolls for the past decade+. The Lobster business was good to us, but it is such an expensive product anymore and the demand for the price has dwindled over the years. And profit just became less and less after March of 2021 when the price more than doubled to $48 a pound for the meat (it currently hovers at about $30 a pound for knuckle and claw unbroken). It started out at $16 a pound in 2013.
We are thankful for all the support we have had over the years, and we hope to make new friends and keep our old ones too. Questions? Drop me a message. Talk to you soon!!
