Made sourdough discard English muffins yesterday. My first time and they turned out not too bad. Will definitely make them again.

Also made some sandwich bread. If anyone would like a loaf please let me know. 🥰

Umatilla Landing Days is a one day celebration of the heritage of the City of Umatilla, Oregon. Our celebration is always in June. Umatilla is the oldest community in Eastern Oregon. Entertainment, fireworks, vendors and lots of fun await!

Out Landing Days in Umatilla on your calendar and come see Tondi’s Treats and all the awesome vendors. There will be concerts and car show also. Super excited. This is my 4th year for Landing Days.

Do you love starburst? Have you tried them freeze dried? Well you should!!! 🤤

Last night played around with some brownies. Made them like a pokey cake - used coconut cream and coconut flakes. Turned out pretty yummy. I think added a bit much liquid but they were still good. Even my husband said it was pretty good. 👍🏼
