My sourdough starter, Aubrey, didn't disappoint! At almost 2, she's been hanging around in the refrigerator, making sourdough cookies and waffles, but it's been a good 6 months since I've made a loaf of sourdough bread. Gluten-Free sourdough is not traditional sourdough. Sourdough is built on the idea of stretch and folds to build the gluten in the bread, but with gluten-free sourdough there is no gluten! My goal is to make great tasting bread with a nice crumb that's not soggy or gummy. It's not traditional sourdough, but it's delicious (and it's dairy and egg free!)

After 6 months off, I'm back to making my first loaf of sourdough! I can't wait to make a great grilled cheese sandwich with it!

My Fall menu is out! I will have very limited availability to bake and, for now, all pickups will be at my home. Hopefully, this will change in the near future. I am trying to keep prices as reasonable as possible, but baking gluten free is expensive, and baking organic gluten free is crazy! This week I will be baking on WEDENSDAY. My foster Kitty, Andy, is in a new home! Now I'm looking for a home for my foster cat, Robin. He was a local stray who found his way to our house. I'd love to see him spending Labor Day in his furever home!
