It's as though yesterday's cream cheese was visited by its Fairy Godmother who turned it into Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes, topped with homemade whipped cream and a Dolcetto wafer.

I am still amazed at how simple cream can be turned into delicious whipped cream with nothing more than a mixer, yet scared at how one minute too long will turn that whipped cream into butter.
