Whenever I work on a new treat, pastry, or bread, my first thought is always the same: What am I putting into it? How can I make it a little more balanced, reduce the sugar and fat, choose the best possible ingredients, but still keep all the flavor and pleasure?

Because for me, enjoying good food and being mindful of what we eat can absolutely go hand in hand. 🤎

I’m also working more and more on developing dairy-free and gluten-free options, without ever compromising on taste or texture.

And these cinnamon rolls are a perfect example! Completely dairy-free, with less sugar and fat, yet incredibly soft, fluffy, and full of flavor.

Because yes, we can absolutely indulge, just a little more mindfully. And these cinnamon rolls are proof of that! ✨
