Last weekend I baked and stocked my restaurants and store. Then I baked for the market at Noley's. That was 5 days straight on my feet for hours. Sunday morning I woke up barely able to walk. It is time to quit baking for a bit and get myself taken care of. I am now scheduled for my first surgery in early December followed by another in January. This puts me out of business until early February. Then I will have to reassess my life. If you are one of the 2 cakes on my list for November I will take care of you. Otherwise I have to bow out now and wish y'all the very best for the Holiday season. I have loved baking for you these last 7 years. Let's see what happens next. Hugs and kisses.

Hi friends, and Happy Easter weekend. I overbaked a bit this week. Is anyone interested in some yummy cupcakes? I have 5-red velvet with cream cheese frosting, 4-German chocolate and 4-raspberry filled lemon cupcakes with buttercream frosting . They are 4.00 each and jumbo sized. Pick up only. Ok Pine /Strawberry peeps I know you guys felt left out yesterday so Sunday I would be happy to bring up some meat pies if y'all are interested. I will make them fresh tonight if you'll order ahead.
These are huge hand pies. Beef with red chili, chicken with green chili, cilantro rice and cheese or green chili pork and potatoes. $10.00 each. Let me know before 7pm today (Saturday).

Happy Thursday peeps! Today I will be delivering my baked goods to El Rancho in Payson, Early Bird Cafe in Pine and Christopher Creek General Store in Christopher Creek right around noon.
El Rancho customers be sure to pick up one of my two favorite new cupcakes. Banana Cream Pie cupcake, a banana cake filled with banana pudding topped with butter cream and rolled in crushed vanilla wafers with a vanilla wafer on top. Coconut Cream Pie Cupcake, coconut cake, with a cream filling with butter cream frosting and rolled in toasted coconut with a Samoa cookie on top. 😋
