Easter and Mother's Day are coming!
If you would like to order anything for Easter or Mother's Day please let me know by Thursday April 14 for Easter and Thursday May 5 for Mother's Day.
* 10" Baked New York Style Cheesecake - $40
* 8" 2 layer Cake - $40 (flavors: Carrot w/ Cream Cheese frosting, Coconut with pineapple filling, lemon with lemon buttercream filling, or request your favorite flavor)
* 8x8 pan lemon bars (16 bars) - $25
* Bar cookies - $14/dozen (lunch lady peanut butter bars, dark chocolate fudgy brownies, blondies, mint frosted brownies)
* Cookies - $9/dozen (chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, pink frosted sugar, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, lemon crinkle, or request your favorite flavor)
* Or contact me to request your favorite dessert and I'll let you know a price.
I can only accept a limited number of orders for each holiday so get your order in early!

If you are in need of a gluten free sweet treat for Valentine's Day let me know. I would need orders by Wednesday for pick up on Saturday. I will only be taking 6 order total, as that is all I can fit into my schedule this week, so if you would like something let me know ASAP

Today is my birthday so last night I made myself a birthday cake. This is a carrot cake made with cooked quinoa and almond flour, frosted and filled with cream cheese frosting and garnished with toasted pecans, love it!

I will be making gluten free cookies and candies next week and the beginning of Christmas week for anyone who wants some Christmas goodies. Let me know if you want anything. For pickup Saturday evening Dec 12 orders need to be in by Wednesday night (12/9). For pickup evening of Dec 23 orders need to be in by Friday (12/18). Those are the only two times things will be available for pickup as I will be busy the week of Dec 15-18.
Cookies are $23/dozen (min order 1 dozen single variety)
* Lemon Crinkle
* White chocolate dipped gingerbread
* Sugar Blossom Cookies - sugar cookie balls rolled in sprinkles with a hershey kiss (Chocolate, white chocolate mint or dark chocolate mint specify when ordering) pressed into it
*Snowball cookies - buttery shortbread cookie balls full of toasted pecans and rolled in powdered sugar (also known as Russian tea cakes or Mexican wedding cookies)
* Cut out sugar cookies - buttercream frosted or with frosting on the side ready for you to color and decorate with for your own family fun (shapes available - star, bell, Christmas tree, boy, girl)

Candy
* Chocolate covered caramel peanut clusters (milk or semi-sweet chocolate) $10/lb or $6/half pound come in a bag with ribbon
* Cheesecake truffles - creamy balls of cheesecake covered in milk chocolate $12 for 12 ct box with ribbon

The thing about gluten free rolls is that they go stale and unpleasant fairly quickly. I had a bunch of stale gluten free rolls left over from Thanksgiving and didn't want to throw them out and waste them, so last night I threw together a breakfast casserole. I cubed up the rolls, cooked some Portuguese linguica sausage that I had left over with some onion. Tossed the sausage and onion with the bread cubes in a pan and sprinkled it all with shredded cheese. Mixed up some eggs and milk with a few spices and poured that over the top and drizzled with a bit of melted butter. Covered and left in the fridge overnight. This morning I pulled it out of the fridge as soon as I got up. preheated the oven to 325 and popped the casserole in for an hour while I exercised and got ready for my day. It was delicious and such a great way to use up stale rolls.

Gluten Free Dinner Rolls - $9 for half dozen- white or whole grain
Gluten Free Pies - $22/pie - apple (double crust or crumb topped), triple berry (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry), pumpkin, cherry, blueberry, chocolate cream, banana cream, coconut cream, no bake cheesecake pie (add $1 for fruit topping- cherry, strawberry, blueberry). $25 - pecan. Pies are made with a gluten free butter crust (dairy free available on request).
