Cinnamon Rolls are literally perfection in progress. From the frosting to the shaping and the filling it all takes work to curate the perfect sourdough cinnamon roll. While I’m sure there are buns better than mine in a far off country such as France in a fancy bakery shoppe, mine sure are good for a local bun! Sourdough cinnamon rolls are made with active bubbly sourdough starter making this a fluffy and pillowy soft cinnamon roll. You get the amazing cinnamon sugar filling but thicker so those buns don’t stick to the bottoms of your pan and a yummy choice of frosting when you place your order! Vanilla bean cream cheese frosting (that a person could quite honestly drink it’s so good!) or a regular vanilla bean icing. These are baked in packs of four. Each pack is $12. I am now taking SMALL personal orders from my customers for bread and sweets. We have recently moved to Albany so pick up and menu has changed slightly. For pick up I am able to meet customers at the Marathon Gas station in Albany at a set time to pick up orders. Or I can deliver to your door for a $5 fee. PM to place an order, thanks! 😊

Hello everyone! I will continue making small batches of baked goods and posting them to social media for grabs for most of March. This will include sourdough loaves, sourdough English muffins, and my signature banana pudding or double chocolate crunch cookies. Send me a DM if you are wanting an order!

Our family will be moving to Albany in April so during the moving process and settling in I will not be baking or taking any orders until our lives are unpacked and settled. I will post an announcement regarding small batch or personal orders. I will not be attending markets as of now.
